Tamale, officially called Tamale Metropolitan Area, is the capital of the Northern

Region of Ghana. Tamale is the fourth largest city in Ghana. The city has developed and transformed significantly during the last few years and is now the fastest growing city in West Africa.

On our tour of Tamale we experience places of great interest. It is not possible to

The Central Mosque, the main and largest mosque in the heart of Tamale
